I’m a multifaceted, Emmy-winning executive producer, director, and showrunner with nearly two decades of experience across genres and platforms. British-born and now based in New York by way of Los Angeles, I began my career in public relations, shaping campaigns for major consumer, lifestyle, and fashion brands.
My film and TV work is defined by a commitment to exploring human nature and uncovering deeper truths about the world we live in. The thread running through all of it has been the same: The belief that good stories make life better. Along the way my work has been recognized with an Emmy Award, an IDA Award and a Gracie Award. I’ve always had a deep curiosity about what drives us, our motivations, behaviors, and the stories we carry. After two decades in the creative industries, I hit the wall, successful on paper but running on fumes. Learning how to balance ambition with calm changed everything. Storytelling has always been my lens. Behind the camera, I learned to connect deeply, earn trust, and listen in a way that draws out what’s most real. Those same skills became the foundation of my coaching. Now, I combine decades of creative-industry experience with certified coach training and deep personal growth work to support fellow creatives. My approach is both creative and practical. I work with entrepreneurs, leaders, and executives in fast-moving industries and help them untangle the false stories that are keeping them small, cut through the noise and self-doubt, and build momentum toward meaningful change.

Sonder Essays is where I write longer-form about professional growth, and the work of building a fulfilling career.
Atelier Lila. Currently in development will offer immersive retreats for high-achieving creative women ready to shed old limitations and step into their next chapter. These fields aren't separate paths;but different expressions of the same work.
