Most people come to coaching thinking they need a better strategy or a clearer plan. And sometimes they do. But more often what's in the way isn't a lack of strategy. It's old beliefs fears and stories running underneath everything. My approach starts there., uncovering whats going on underneath. it's easy to tell someone what to do. But if there's a fear running underneath it, they won't do it. Not because they lack discipline. Because the real block hasn't been touched yet.
That's why we do both. Clear what's underneath first. Then build the strategy and move.
Once those blocks clear we get practical. We build a strategy that's actually aligned with who you are and where you want to go.
My formal training includes Martha Beck's Wayfinder Coach Training — ICF accredited. I also draw on my background in documentary filmmaking, which taught me to listen for what people aren't quite saying. and my meditation and mindfulness teacher training.

I work with creative people who are good at what they do and stuck in some version of playing small. That might look like staying in a role they've outgrown, holding back in rooms they've earned the right to be in, or knowing what they want and finding a hundred reasons not to go after it.
They tend to be filmmakers, and executives, emerging founders, creative directors, entrepreneurs. People who operate at a high level professionally and are quietly exhausted by the gap between who they're performing and who they actually are.
If that's you, you're in the right place.

Therapy tends to go deep into the past, understanding where patterns came from and processing pain, Coaching is more forward facing. It’s action-focused and future-oriented, helping you clarify what you want, overcome blocks, and create strategies to reach your goals.
We might look at where something originated, but we're always asking what do we do with it now? I'm not a therapist and I don't work with trauma or mental health conditions. If that's what you need, I'll tell you and point you toward the right support. What I do work with is the beliefs, fears and patterns that are keeping capable people stuck and help them move.
Sometimes the two work beautifully alongside each other.

Sessions are 60 minutes and we meet bi-weekly. That rhythm usually works well, leaving enough time between sessions to do the work, but we can be flexible with this as everyones day to day schedule can vary

A clarity call is a free 60 minute conversation. It's a chance for me to hear what's going on for you, understand what you're navigating, and get a real sense of whether working together makes sense. For both of us. Chemistry matters in coaching and I want to make sure we're a good fit before either of us commits to anything.

Three months is more of a focused sprint. It works well when there's a specific thing in the way, or you’re navigating a with a very specific challenge like a decision you've been circling.
Six months is the deeper work. It takes longer because real change takes longer. Most people find that six months is where something actually shifts rather than just improves, or they just want ongoing accountability
If you're not sure which one is right for you, that's what the clarity call is for.
